The properties of high-grade bauxite are superior to those of ordinary high alumina bricks. The fire resistance is greater than 1800 degree , the density is greater than 2.7g/cm3, the compressive strength is greater than 80MPa, and the softening temperature is greater than 1550 degree , especially the porosity is less than 19 percent . Advanced high alumina bricks have superior physical properties and are often used in key parts and high-temperature resistant areas of high-temperature kiln equipment, such as electric furnace top, ladle lining, cement kiln, petrochemical equipment, etc.
